Create an A5 card blank using an A4 sheet of 300gsm white card scored and folded in half and place well away from your craft mat.
Cut a further piece 13cm x 19cm - I've used Pink Frog Super Smooth white card, it works really well with this powder paint technique.
Lightly spritz the back and front of this card with water and lay over a sheet of kitchen paper, this will help keep the card flat. Take 3 colours of paint powders and tap over a few places. I used Aqua Lagoon, Golden Mint and Sun Yellow Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powders by Creative Expressions.
Spritz your card again to waken the powders. Use a wet paint brush on any dry or lumpy patches.
Mop up any big puddles with a little kitchen paper.

Leave to dry naturally or blast with a heat tool.
Pat an anti static pad over some white card, stamp a flower head from #924 Flower Trio 3 times with pigment ink then heat emboss with white embossing powder.
Use a little of the green and blue powders to colour the flower heads.
Fussy cut around the 3 flower heads, snip between the petals, and use a ball tool/foam pad to shape them. (the rounded top of a pen and your palm would also work)
Use an anti static pad over the dry panel, stamp the flower stem in the centre using pigment ink then heat emboss with white embossing powder.
Repeat with a second flower slightly over the left hand side, lower than the centre one.
and again slightly over the right hand side.

Stamp the text from #756 Miniatures over the panel, using green ink over the greener sections and blue ink over the bluer sections. I used Versafine Claire Verdant and Warm Breeze.
Stamp some of the insects around the panel in blue and green ink. Stamp the bee in 3 times in black archival around the flower heads.
Squish a little black soot distress ink onto your mat, add a little water and paint in the tags. Water the ink further and paint around the flower heads and stems.
Add a vignette by applying black ink around the edges of the card with a foam tool.
Fix your coloured panel onto black card with a border of approx 3mm using pva glue and then on to the white A5 card blank.
Stamp a sentiment from #533 Bring on the Sentiments onto black card and heat emboss with white embossing powder.
Trim the sentiment and fix it to the top of your card with foam tape.
Add a couple of gems to the top right.

Use 3D glue gel to fix the flower heads and allow 20mins to dry.
Admire your finished, shiny and colourful floral creation.
