This week I've used the gorgeous Sunflower Grunge stamps from Visible Image to make a bright and sunny birthday card for my mum, December might be very and cold here but I bet it is lovely on the other side of the world. Here are some how to's if you would like to make something similar 😊
Cut a piece of white 300gsm card 5 1/2" x 5 1/2", spritz a little water on both sides to keep it flat. Tap a little Midnight Blue Pixie Powder diagonally across the panel and Emerald Green in the other 2 corners.
Spritz more water to activate the paint.
Position the Visible Image Leafy stencil over the green sections and brush a little Uncharted Mariner distress oxide ink. Wipe any ink off the white embossed areas with a paper towel.Use a blending tool to apply black ink around the edges of the panel.
Stamp the large sunflower onto white card using black versafine ink and clear heat emboss. Fussy cut with scissors leaving a thin white border.
Use 3d glue gel or foam pads to attach the flower, butterflies and sentiment. Add a couple of black gems to the top corner to finish.
