It might be cold and grey outside but I have some Visible Image positivity and colour to brighten up your day.
I've used one the recent stamp releases Happy Day to create this little happy flower card. I've used Zig Clean colour watercolour pens but you could use anything to colour, just switch out the Versafine Clair ink pad for a Momento ink pad to stamp with if you are going to use alcohol markers.
Cut a piece of white A4 stamping card in half, score and fold one of the pieces into an A6 card.
Cut down the second piece down to about 3 3/8" x 5 1/8".
Scribble a little colour from your pens onto your mat then use a damp brush to colour in the images.
Use a black fine liner to draw stems and leaves onto the lower flower heads.
Doodle a different shape leaf for the different flowers.
Draw in the stems and leaves for the remaining flowers, being careful not to draw over the leaves of the front flowers.
Colour the leaves in green.
Stamp "Smile" in black versafine clair onto scrap white card.
Then colour in rainbow shades and cut it out.
Mount the coloured cards onto black card with a border of approx 1/16" for the smile and 3/16" for the larger piece.
Glue the large piece flat onto your A6 card blank and the sentiment raised up with double sided foam tape,
Your card will look a bit like this, your final task is to pick which friend you are going to send this colourful smile to and brighten their day.
I hope you have enjoyed this project and thanks for stopping by 💖,
